Returns: 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt to organize your return. All returns should be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. The products must be returned in their original packaging, in their original condition and shipped securely - Please Note: An RA# is required for returns. 

Return mailing address:

Birth of Beauty, 15 Depot Square, Lexington, MA 02420. Please write RA# on the outside of the shipping carton and include a copy of the original receipt.

A credit for the cost of the product (minus outgoing shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee) will be applied to your card / account (subject to condition of the return). If products are damaged, scratched or not in their original condition or packaging, an additional fee will be charged upon review. It is recommended that you apply a tracking label on all returned packages. (Please note a 20% restocking fee is applied to returns of IC Urethane Mats).

For hygiene reasons there are certains tools that cannot be returned if they have been used. These include hairbrushes, rollers, Medicool Drills, and Mehaz nail implements. If the product has not been used, it should be returned in its original packaging and accompanied with the transaction receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. All canceled orders are subject to a 10% cancelation fee. These conditions are subject to change at any time.

Shipping Times

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday by 12 noon each day. Free shipping on orders with value over $95 only applies to destinations within the 48 US contiguous states. See below for important shipping information.

All personal and payment information is encrypted and processed on a secure server.

Products
All our appliances are designed for the USA market. They have a 1 year warranty and our suppliers have excellent reputations for service.

Payments by Credit Card or PayPal               
We accept all major forms of credit cards and all transactions are conducted on a secure server. You can also choose to pay by PayPal. If you prefer, let us know the products of your choice and we can email your invoice through PayPal. All customer information will always remain confidential. We want you to remain OUR customer. 

Payments by Check or Money Order
You can also pay by check or money order. Simply select the items you want to purchase and "add them to cart". Complete the online checkout form providing your name and shipping address. Then choose the "pay by check/money order" option at checkout. We will hold your order for 7 days until we receive your payment. 

You should mail your check / money order to our sales office at Birth of Beauty, 15 Depot Sq, Lexington, MA 02420. Checks should be made payable to Birth of Beauty. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

Alternatively, you can call us toll free at 866 488 9328 and place your order over the phone. We will hold your order until we receive your payment.

Shipping Information
We offer low shipping on all orders to make your purchase more affordable with rates starting as low as $3.95. We ship the majority of our orders within 24 to 48 hours and will ship by USPS or FEDEX. You can Prioritize or Expedite you order for a small additional fee or contact us directly if you have special shipping requests. 

IMPORTANT NOTE - Customer should advise if a SIGNATURE is required for delivery. A $2.50 fee will apply. Birth of Beauty is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered by the carrier. Customer should contact the carrier to initiate an investigation and file a claim when applicable.

Please note - if an order requires to be re-shipped due to incorrect mailing address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

To check on shipping costs, simply add an item to cart and an approx shipping cost is displayed. Then simply key in your zip code and the system confirms the freight - so you can confidently check shipping before you check out.

Please note that for order shipping to Hawaii and Alaska there is an additional $3.95 shipping charge for orders. We will email you and ask you accept these charges before processing the order.

Please note that on furniture and certain appliance holders, addtional shipping charges may apply. Customers will be advised of any excess shipping charges in advance.

Please note there is a 10% fee on all canceled orders.

Shear Orders

Please note that certain models of shears are made-to-order and so orders will experience a 2-3 shipping time lag. If you have questions, contact us at marketing@birthofbeauty.com

International Shipments

Please note, we do ship to Canada, UK, Europe and many other international destinations. For international shipments, we will contact you directly after your order is placed. An email confirmation will also be sent with final shipping charges before processing your order. Please note, that with all international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes that may be levied by the customs office of their respective country.
